Going thru the NIGHT PORTAL

As an artist I enjoy the technical challenges of making each series different. I am so blissed out to create in the studio new ideas and how to realize them in 3d. And that is just the physical aspects!
The new series, Night Portals, is a fabulous new journey into our nocturnal worlds.

I am preparing the wooden black discs as a base for each piece. In each of them are hidden magical imagery. I have been engraving certain ancient symbols into the portals, messages for our subconscious. And on the surface suspended above them, beautiful animals. Woven into the copper rings are night blooming flowers to entice the viewer in.

Have you ever had a out of body experience or a lucid dream? Or should I say, have you remembered it?.....because we ALL have them.
What an adventure, to go somewhere outside our wee boxes of life and personality, to explore and bring information back to our everyday, and to improve ourselves and our lives here.
