Splash Gallery Just won the 2017 1# Gallery
BEST OF THE WEST, King 5 news!

Thank you to our customers, friends families and fellow artists who voted us the best!
With all the efforts we make as a  gallery  to be unique, friendly and successful, it was a great award to receive!

I joined Splash gallery in 2015. Looking for a way to show my sculpture. I liked the idea of a coop gallery. When I met the folks at Splash I saw a group of artist working hard to make a successful gallery and community of like minded makers.

Our gallery is .....well... ours! It takes many of us to keep it running smoothly. Currently we have 17 members and receive help from friends, customers and family (lots of husband/wife help around here!).
What I like best is the comradeship, the cooperative aspects, and the flexibility of showing what I want to- even nudes!. Initially I had wanted to show big work, the original unique 'fine art', and certainly not my selly selly stuff.  But I found that I wanted to adapt to the climate of Splash. It is a warm comfortable space and sells to locals and tourists, visitors and wandering dinner visitors. We sell mostly lower priced items which is not unusual for Olympia galleries.

Splash has been in operation for about 7 years and made it through the recession, artist rotations and more. We continue to evolve and adapt! I am excited to be a part of this great gallery!
Come down to our space this holiday season for gifts or just to see fun and wonderful work. We join all of our sister galleries and downtown stories in lighting our windows with beautiful gifts, handmade work and lights.
Events include: Chocolate and Wine event: Friday Nov. 17th 5-9pm and the lighted Boat Parade, (our print artist, Laurels idea to be a big Splash Christmas Party as well).....dec 2, Saturday, all day.(still in the planning)
